CONSULTANCY - Discovery calls for owners who want clear answers on tools, systems, and what to do next.

Tech specialist for businesses outgrowing their tools

You run the business. I’ll solve the tech.

Most owners start with a web builder or other tools that get them live. It works until growth, cost, or unused features catch up. Artech is a software consultancy: I match you to tools that fit, or build custom when they don’t.

Consulting

Stay focused on the business. I’ll solve the tech.

Your job is the business. Mine is the technical side: judging what to keep, what to connect, and what to build when platforms stop fitting. Most owners come in asking for a website they plan to manage themselves. In practice, there is no time for that.

  1. 01

    Discovery

We map what you use now, where work piles up, what you hate doing by hand, and what success looks like. The goal is a clear picture before anyone spends money on the wrong fix.

  2. 02

    Recommendations

This is where expertise comes in. I lay out options that fit the goal: better tools when they exist, automation or AI when tedious work is eating time, or a custom build when ready-made platforms fall short. You get a path, not a catalog dump.

  3. 03

    Care

Support matches what we set up. Some clients only need the right tools and a clean handoff. Others want hosting, updates, and a direct line so they never have to manage the tech themselves.

Outgrown the tools that got you here?

When the setup that got you live no longer fits how you work, let’s map what should replace it and how to get there.

Systems

Most businesses do not need more tools. They need the right system.

Discovery turns the scattered pieces into a practical map: what to keep, what to connect, what to automate, and what should be custom so you stop paying for bloat and managing tools that no longer fit.

Short stories of the problem, the judgment call, and what we put in place. Each one shows how I work with growing businesses, not a gallery of pretty launches.

When local discovery lives only on social, search and AI cannot help.

yakimavalley.events
  1. Problem

The core problem was discoverability. Local information leans on social platforms, where event details sit behind logins and APIs. You cannot reliably pull a clean list of what is happening today through the weekend from those feeds alone.

There is also no shared standard. Unofficial tourist listings often favor membership and sponsorship, so large venues get exposure while yard sales, food pop-ups, and regular community events stay in feeds and word of mouth.

  2. Assumption

Stand up a shared calendar with free accounts and people will post and manage their own listings. After about fifty days, virtually nobody signed up. One real signup.

Another login to maintain was not a fit, even when a shared list sounded useful in conversation.

  3. Pivot

A local event organizer made the behavior clear: two hundred-plus people on site, almost no engagement on the posts. Audiences consume quietly. They will not manage another account, but they will use a service that brings information to them.

A Friday newsletter proved it. Roughly twenty subscribers in the first week. Convenience outperformed self-serve management, and the product shifted toward delivery and discoverability.

  4. System

The result is a public events calendar: browse by day or week, each event on its own crawlable page. Collection is about eighty percent automated. Events are standardized, enriched, and normalized so smaller community activity sits on the same field as larger listings.

Static generation keeps SEO and crawlability first so Google and AI assistants can read what social logins hide. ChatGPT has already begun referring visitors. The same source of truth also feeds scheduled social posts.

  5. Ongoing

Still refining the AI pipeline, expanding sources beyond Facebook and the partner feed, and using analytics so discoverability keeps improving as search and AI answers take a larger share of how people find local plans.

  • Public events calendar · 550+ published · 1,170 pages including archive
  • Built for crawlability: Direct and Google organic lead traffic since June 11
  • Weekender: 19 subscribers as of August 3 after accounts stalled
  • ChatGPT referring visitors to event pages social logins cannot expose

Founder

Eli Rodriguez

Software consultant, full-stack developer, and technical partner for growing businesses.

About

Software consultancy for owners who do not want to become full-time tech managers.

I’m Eli Rodriguez, a software consultant and tech specialist behind Artech Web. I help growing businesses that have outgrown the tools that got them live turn scattered digital work into setups they can actually use, without making tech their second job. That spans websites, workflow automation, hosting, lightweight apps, and ongoing technical support.

Sometimes the answer is a polished website. Other times it’s a custom form, a simpler admin workflow, managed hosting, or a small automation that takes repetitive work off your plate. Either way, my job is to translate technical choices into a practical path that fits your budget, comfort with tech, and growth plans, starting with discovery.

Tool judgment

Honest tradeoffs between ready-made platforms, subscriptions, and custom work when builders stop fitting.

Owner comfort

The right setup matches how much tech you want to touch, not another system you have to manage daily.

Smart automation

Tedious, repetitive work is where automation or AI earns its place, not as a shiny add-on.

Ongoing care

Hosting, updates, and a direct line when you want a specialist to keep it running.
